Pyongyang, October 28 (KCNA) — The 2015 Inter-provincial Mass Sports Contest is ongoing at different sports facilities in Pyongyang.
In men’s football matches now under way at Kim Il Sung Stadium, teams from Pyongyang City and North Phyongan, North Hamgyong and North Hwanghae provinces were qualified for the semifinals.
Some sports events came to an end as of October 26.
In the tennis event, Pyongyang City finished first, with South Hamgyong and South Hwanghae provinces coming second and third.
Pyongyang City also won the swimming event held at Changgwang Health Complex.
In the three-day yut-game event, Jagang Province took the first place, followed by North Hwanghae and Ryanggang provinces.
The contest will run through October 31.
