Men’s Premier Soccer League Ends
Pyongyang, August 24 (KCNA) — Men’s premier soccer league matches for celebrating the Youth Day ended.
There were matches between the Sonbong Team and the Team of the Ministry of Light Industry, between the Kigwancha Team and the Rimyongsu Team and between the Amnokgang Team and the Wolmido Team all belonging to Group B. They took place at
Kim Il Sung Stadium Saturday.
The Sonbong Team beat its rival 2:1, the Rimyongsu Team trounced its rival 4:1 and the Amnokgang Team bested its rival 4:0.
The Sonbong Team came first among teams belonging to Group B while the Amnokgang became a runner-up. They advanced into semi-finals.
