Pyongyang International Football School Opens

Pyongyang, May 31 (KCNA) — Pyongyang International Football School opened with due ceremony on Friday.
The school will give children with aptitude for football all opportunities of learning. It will also invite able foreign football experts and will be opened to children from other countries who would like to study at the school.
Present at the ceremony were Kim Yang Gon, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Kim Yong Jin, vice-premier of the Cabinet, and others.
Ri Jong Mu, minister of Physical Culture and Sports, made an opening address. Then followed speeches.
Speakers said the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un named the school “Pyongyang International Football School” and showed warm loving care for its students.
They called on the students to study and train hard to become ace football players who would glorify the country with high technique.
After being briefed on the school, the participants visited the class at work.
