Women’s Premier Soccer League Matches Go on

Pyongyang, September 3 (KCNA) — Women’s premier soccer league matches are going on at

Kim Il Sung Stadium here, drawing attention of football fans and other people of different social standings.
The matches between the Wolmido and Mangyongbong teams and between the Amnokgang and Chongchongang teams took place on Tuesday.
The Wolmido Team beat the Mangyongbong Team 1:0 and the Amnokgang Team defeated Chongchongang Team 2:0.
In the matches Monday the Myohyangsan Team trounced the Hwangryongsan Team 5:0 and the Kalmaegi and Ponghwasan teams drew 0:0.
The final games of the group league matches will be held on Wednesday.

Women’s Premier Soccer League Matches Close

Pyongyang, September 4 (KCNA) — Thrilling league matches among women’s premier soccer teams which had started in the run-up to the 65th birthday of the DPRK came to a close.
The last matches between Ri Myong Su and Kalmaegi teams belonging to Group C and between Pyongyang and Hwangryongsan teams belonging to Group D took place at

Kim Il Sung Stadium on Wednesday.
Ri Myong Su Team beat its rival 2:0 while Pyongyang Team trounced its rival 5:1.
Semi-finals will be played by the teams which proved successful in each group from Sept. 6 to 8.
