AFC Coaching Course in DPRK

Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) — The AFC (Asian Football Confederation) “A” license award coaching course (first phase) took place here on Oct. 14-26.
Attending it were 20-odd coaches of sports teams and football instructors of the Pyongyang International Football School, who were qualified for the AFC “B” license award coach.
The course, divided into theoretical and practical sections, dealt with such matters as responsibility of coach, main factors for adoption of match tactics, weekly training plan and forward and defensive ways.
It was officiated by Ardeshir Pournemat Nodehi, an AFC coach instructor.
According to an official concerned, the AFC “A” license award coaching course has been held several times in the DPRK and more than 60 coaches got the “A” license award over the past years.
